3. In-Store Sales Policy

A. Purchasing

  • Product Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect products before purchasing. Our staff is available to answer any questions and provide assistance.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and store gift cards.

B. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: In-store purchases can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, provided the items are in original condition with the receipt.*
  • In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any trading card games (i.e. Pokemon, Digimon, Disney Lorcana, Flesh and Blood, Magic, Yugioh, Dragon Ball Super, etc.).
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges can be made within 14 days, subject to product availability. The original receipt is required.
  • Exceptions: Sale items and opened trading card packs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*A restocking fee (15%) may be applied on a case-by-case basis.

C. Store Rules
